This class includes a writing assignment.  The writing assignment will be a defense motion to suppress or a State’s response to the the motion to suppress.  Each student will decide for themselves whether to be the State or defense for the writing assignment.  The writing assignment materials are attached here. The writing assignment will be due the date of the final class.  A sample motion to supress is attached here.  Use the sample motion to suppress as a template.
